		<description>i installed the twitter app on my facebook profile which automatically transfers your tweets as your facebook status except for the @replies &amp; DMs (direct messages). 

it&#039;s been working ok, but i think that the two channels are different enough that this direct translation doesn&#039;t work that well. i&#039;ve been thinking of shutting it off and keeping them separate which would be more work...

it&#039;s just that twitter and facebook have different audiences and the same messages are not always that relevant to both.</description>
